A New Approach to Differentiation for All Learners – This MLK Day and Beyond!
Dear Educators,
In a recent survey, you expressed a desire to see scaffolding included in our lessons and we heard you loud and clear!
You are supporting a variety of learners who face varied and significant challenges. Now more than ever there is a need to differentiate materials to reach all students in your classrooms regardless of reading level or mastery of English.
In response to your requests, this month we are offering an updated MLK Lesson which includes vocabulary, a timeline sequencing activity, and a flow chart that students can create to depict how a bill becomes law. In addition, we’ve included a variety of arts-based summary activities through which students can demonstrate their learning without writing an essay or taking a multiple choice test.
